'FROM GOOD TO OUTSTANDING - STEVE KUBAIRSINGH' - RTS NOMINATION
Flashback's Education Department is delighted that 'From Good To Outstanding - Steve Kubairsingh', has been nominated for a Royal Television Society education award in the category Adult Training. The series, produced for education broadcaster Teachers TV, takes a close up and personal look at the journey of a 'good' teacher trying to become an 'outstanding' one, as judged by our experienced school Inspector Clare Gillies. In this episode Steve Kubairsingh, a Year 3 teacher at Springwell Junior School, gets some bespoke, one-to-one advice from primary maths expert Darren Ellsum and communications coach Roger Terry to help improve his already good teaching.
