Discovery Superhomes

15 x 30 min for The Discovery Channel

Last year, Flashback made a highly successful documentary series for BBC2 called Superhomes, looking at the business of high-end real estate around the world.

Audiences loved it – nearly three million people watched the programme about the UK, beating BBC1 that night – and so did the real estate offices who took part. The agencies featured in the Barbados and Moscow films both said it made a significant difference to their business and have asked us to come back. In fact one house – on sale for $7.5 million – sold directly as a result of the buyers seeing the programme.

Now a second series has been commissioned. This time it is for Discovery and will be shown around the world.

The New Series consists of 15 half-hour programmes, featuring properties and people from the following locations:

· London and Countryside
· Paris and the South Of France
· Venice, Tuscany and the Costa Smeralda
· Manhattan, The Hamptons, Palm Beach and Virginia
· Barbados
· Sydney
· Hong Kong
